About Akashi and Sushi
Akashi is owned and run by husband and wife team, Tusjii and Suk. Tusjii is Greensboro's Original Sushi chef since 1983. He ran the Sushi bar at the first Kabuto in the Forum VI at Friendly Center. Many Sushi rolls later he still continues to make the finest, freshest, traditional Sushi and Sashimi delights. The other half of the team is wife Suk. She runs the kitchen and turns out fabulous Appetizers, Hibachi, Tempura, and other Japanese favorites. Join the many people who have found this wonderful unique Japanese Restaurant.
